     Traditional magnesium alloy materials have numerous bottlenecks in terms of strength, toughness, corrosion resistance, and the manufacturing of large-scale components, which severely restrict their wider application. Faced with these challenges, BOLE Intelligent has formed a powerful alliance with the outstanding team led by Professor Liu Yong from Nanchang University.

     In 2024, they jointly undertook the Major Science and Technology Achievement Maturation and Engineering Project of Jiangxi Province. With a total investment of up to 30 million yuan, this project aims to achieve technological breakthroughs in high-performance magnesium alloy materials and their forming equipment.      By deeply integrating cutting-edge laboratory research results with BOLE's advanced equipment manufacturing technology, the two parties work together to tackle key issues, striving to achieve a qualitative leap in material performance and forming processes. This initiative will provide the industry with brand-new solutions and drive magnesium alloy materials into a new stage of development.

     In 2025, the cooperation between BOLE Intelligent and Nanchang University was further deepened, with the joint establishment of a Postgraduate Workstation. Through the innovative model of "enterprise mentors entering classrooms and student projects entering workshops", a practical platform was built for students. Immersed in real industrial scenarios and R&D projects, students grow and develop by closely integrating theoretical knowledge with practical operations, achieving precise alignment between talent cultivation and industrial needs.

     This model of "applying what is learned and promoting learning through application" not only enhances students' comprehensive quality and employability but also enables the enterprise to recruit a large number of high-quality application-oriented talents who are "job-ready upon graduation". It provides solid talent support for the sustainable development of lightweight manufacturing technology.
